Really didn’t know how to rate the vacuum. It seems to be a really great vacuum! Amazing power, seems as good as my plug in. The battery lasted long enough to clean my 1500 sq ft condo. Unfortunately I also have 3 large dog beds and it needs another charge for that. So this is where the trouble starts. Contacted customer service, and he (I’m a polite person so I won’t mention your name ) is like talking to a robot. The company is in Great Britain. I asked how I could purchase a new battery. The answer was basically no. Which I guess he felt sufficed. Too bad so sad for you it seemed. I was able to order extra bags, so I asked why no battery. I’m sure there is a reason, but it was not to be shared. I asked why they were selling a product in the U.S. when you couldn’t purchase things you need to actually use the vacuum. No response. Suppose the thing breaks? Basically no interest in helping out let alone being friendly. So, here I am writing a review about the terrible customer service instead of about the really great features of the vacuum. Seems like a really, really bad way for a company to try and launch a product in a new country. Read more

I will begin with their claim of it being lightweight. Because of the design, it does not feel lightweight at all when pushing and pulling it. This vacuum is very top heavy while using it. I found it actually uncomfortable to push and pull. I only used the hard floor soft roller attachment at the bottom because that's the reason why I bought it. I only have mostly hard floors throughout. I was really surprised at how hard it was to push and pull this vacuum across hard floors when the vacuum was set on power boost. And even on the medium default power setting, while easier than with power boost, it still felt in no way light and smooth gliding while trying to glide it back and forth. Only on the Eco setting did I find it an easier glide. Again, all the weight is at the top, as you combine the battery at the end with the rather fat capsule. I am disappointed because I had high hopes and because the hard floor soft roller is rather nice and would most likely be effective on hard flooring. If you happen to be on the stronger side yourself, perhaps the top heaviness and not-so-easy gliding back & forth when using the hard floor roller on default or boost power modes as the vacuum attachment won't be an issue. But if you're on the less-strong side like I am, you might find it as uncomfy to push and pull and as heavy feeling as I did. On the plus side, the fact it takes bags makes it better than bagless, in my opinion, and the suction seems good. Read more

One of the coolest things about the Halo Capsule is that it uses biodegradable dust bags instead of the usual dust compartments. This means emptying the vacuum is a much cleaner process, which is a big plus for anyone with allergies. You just pop out the bag and toss it without worrying about dust flying everywhere Read more
