We purchased 2 of these and both do NOT work. The battery charges but does not turn on. We even took one to a repair person as directed by the company. Circuit problem, NOT able to repair. Amazon service was great and both are being refunded. Read more

Initial reaction is suction is very good and there is a big difference between this and a $150 unit from China. It does require extra effort on carpet. Instruction manual needs work I’m an engineer and can understand it okay but I imagine it will be confusing to many people. For instance emptying the canister can be tricky until you know the sequence. Instructions are buried in the book and the diagrams are in the back. It needs a simple fold out with large diagrams and simple instructions. Wall mount design is poor and flimsy. I can see the electrical pin that locates into the battery becoming bent or loose after extended use. Read more

I “SHOULD” have listened to reviews! Save your money for another product. The waste container is “WAY” to small, and “FORGET” using this on carpet. Power is ok, but the cost of this machine vice others on the market is not worth it. To many other companies with less expensive machines that can do the same. We bought it because we own a much larger canister machine from them that is great. However not this stick vacum., stay away Read more

I bought this at a local vacuum shop, and was very excited to try it out because I have a large Miele upright vacuum that I think is fantastic. The battery takes a LONG time to charge, and if you want a second battery, it'll cost about $200. The canister looks big in the pictures, but in real life, you only have about an inch on the bottom of it to trap dirt. The canister is difficult to open to dump out, which is huge pain in the butt because you will want to empty it several times. If you overfill it, the filter will get clogged up. The attachments are also very stiff and difficult to remove, so if you're like me and often switch tools while vacuuming - like wanting to get behind or under objects - this is just not easy to do. This machine is really heavy as well, the battery is mostly to blame for this, but after a short vacuum session I was feeling the strain in my shoulder. It's a little easier on the arms and shoulders if you switch up the assembly so the canister is on the bottom part of the machine, but then you can't vacuum under anything. This doesn't stand on it's own, your only option is a wall mount for storage. The build quality just doesn't seem up to Miele standards - there are gaps between the pieces when put together that just don't look right. On the plus side, the suction is really good, you can switch speeds on it to go from smooth surfaces to carpet easily. The light on it is great and you can really see any spots you may have missed. You can also take everything apart for cleaning - the canister is easy to disassemble, the brush roller can be removed easily from a little door on the side, etc. Overall, I was just sadly disappointed in this stick vac because the price is very high, but I just don't think the quality justifies the price. I ended up returning it, and bought a Shark instead. Read more

I have had a couple of dyson cordless but this Miele far surpasses them for battery life and ease of use. Love it so far! Read more
