I have three different Purafide air purifiers. I bought this one for the bedroom nightstand because I like the little tray on top. (I do wish it had the uv light sanitizer and came in black, also, but I knew it didn't when I ordered it.).... Anyway, I'm sure it did it's job purifying the air just fine because this brand is super, but I couldn't get past the light and I couldn't cover it up because it's the power button. It's COMPACT, POWERFUL, MULTI SPEED. Most air filters/purifier unis are bulky, heavy, noisy, hard to position. This unit sits on a table too, but aside from it's small size it can move a large volume of air in from all four sides at once and out the top 360° in all directions for maximum efficiency. The only thing it lacks is a UV lamp but many of those units top $100 or more. It filter is the key feature, hepa but a 360 design like a classic care air filter round, pleated. The fan is a circular well balanced unit that really moves the air through this unit, very simple and effective design. The seller is Veteran owned. Great for any place where space is at a premium, easy to move between rooms, or travel with on a trip for that hotel room. Low quiet, Med speed relatively quiet, High is more like the rush of waves at a beach but not objectionable.
