This is a beautiful dress. Fits like a dream. Very high quality fabric. It is quality made. I am a seamstress myself, and very happy with the quality of all. It was perfect for a winter holiday party. I purchased the green. It is form fitting. I did size up one. I typically wear an 8 but I sized up to a 10 and it was perfect. I am 5'6'' 142 pounds. It was very comfortable. I it has a little bit of a stretch to the fabric. It is forgiving fabric so I was fortunate enough not to have to wear spanx!! Made for a much, more comfortable evening. It has a built in cup area so no strapless bra was needed. I am a 'C' cup. Could have one if desired but not really needed for coverage anyway. - Love, Love it! Read more

Affordable simple elegance is how I would describe this dress. The dress fit perfectly once I found my size. I actually ended up with a smaller size than I thought. The velvet is not only soft to the touch but has enough weight to drape nicely without being heavy. It is a very comfortable dress. It has a built in shelf bra that I needed tighten the elastic a bit. It did have very light bra liner that I easily removed because I didn’t like the placement but I am small busted so probably not an issue for most. I will wear a strapless bra. Other than that, I didn’t have to change a thing, dress or sleeve length - etc… Very happy with my purchase and look forward to wearing. Read more

I have a very hard time finding dresses on Amazon that are petite length AND are a number size (NOT S,M,L). This is one of the few! The length is PERFECT. I am almost 5’3, bra size is a big B/small C & I weigh 115. I also hate being cold so this dress really works! If you are petite (short 🤣) buy this dress! I would have given it 5 stars but the stitching on the right sleeve is coming off. I would return for an even exchange but I need it ASAP. Will have my tailor repair it. Read more
