The media could not be loaded. Elegant evening gown for many special occasions. The gown arrived on time, in a box, on a hanger, and in a clear plastic covering. The fabric quality is velvety smooth, and color is a beautiful solid deep green. The green reflects black in in the twists and curves giving it a very rich luxurious look and buttery velvet cozy feel. The material does have a very nice stretch of about 2" in the waist. I'm 5'5" and weigh about 140 pounds and purchased size 8 (my typical size). I could have been 10 or so pounds heavier and it still would have been the proper size. The dress fit was just at the skin and not binding or tight in any area. The back zipper was smooth, and the dress was easy to get into. It felt wonderful and flattering in all the right places. My husband loved how the dress looked too. Unfortunately, the length of the dress was too long for me. I can't wear heels so the dress would require hemming, I don't have time for now. The front hem was about 4" too long and the back drapes elegantly longer on the floor. I feel the dress would look beautiful on anyone 20's - 60's +. I would have loved to keep the dress but simply due to the timing and the length it wasn't perfect for me. I would highly recommend this dress to anyone looking for a long formal or semi formal gown. Especially if they are taller, can wear heals or have it hemmed. Read more
