Works well, good water flow at highest setting, a bit too little water in the bottle. I bought this as I just had abdominal surgery and (1) need a better solution at home than toilet paper with my temporarily restricted flexibility, but (2) also can't install a more permanent bidet for the same purpose due to said surgery, and (3) didn't think ahead and install a full bidet prior to surgery. This was a life-saver (or, at least, a butt-saver)! Using the highest setting, I was able to get a good clean. However, the whole bottle is out in about 20-25 seconds in that setting. Note to get the last ~10% of water out I need to make sure the bottle is held perfectly upright, but with a little practice I was able to get the nozzle well-enough angled to hit the "right spot" reliably with the bottle part well upright. Some other portable bidets allow larger bottles to be attached, which would be great, but there is no such functionality here. That said, obviously with this type of all-inclusive design, a larger reservoir would likely mean the device would be correspondingly larger in one's luggage, so that would be an important trade-off.
