Much better than the vertical type
Easy to use, easy to clean. This horizontal grater solves all the problems of a vertical four-way grater. You have to find something to grate into which blocks grating then you have to find a cover and afterwards it’s hard to clean inside. This grater and container works great for soft cheese for pizza which is all I use it for. Read more
