These cups are great for being so inexpensive! They're not overly thin and flimsy like some of the other ones we've tried. I often use them to mix up a small amount of hair color or bleach for touch-ups, and these cups work extremely well. They don't shred or fall apart, and none of the bottoms have fallen off. For rinsing and mouthwash, I would say that they can probably be reused 2 or 3 times. If you hang them on your toothbrush they'll dry out better and last longer. They don't have a wax coating so I'm pretty sure they're 100% biodegradable, which I like. They also don't stick together as much as some of the other ones out there. I don't have to stand there for several minutes trying to pry them apart, they easily pull away from each other. They get the job done. Like, they definitely will hold your coffee, or tea, or whatever. You can't microwave them, though. I have a pretty low watt microwave (only like 700w) and it burns the bottom of the cup if my drink is in there for more than one singular minute, which, isn't enough to heat up really anything. And if that wasn't enough, you can taste the burnt paper too. Yes, your drink will taste like a campfire if you try to microwave these cups. So, have your drinks already hot and ready to go for these cups, and count on not needing to reheat them. If that's fine with you, I'd say buy them. It's a lot of cups, for an okay-ish amount of money. But if you're trying to prep something from scratch, or reheat your drink, don't use these cups for that. Not being able to microwave them without tasting a California wildfire in my latte is a little bit of a deal-breaker for me personally. Read more
