Updated review : After using the product and being disappointed, I left a review, and then the seller contacted me directly. Even though the refund period had passed, they processed a refund and said they were sorry and would send a new product. I informed them that since the refund had been processed, there was no need to send a new product. The swift and kind customer service restored my trust in the seller, which had been disappointed. After I use up the product I've received from elsewhere, I plan to buy from this company again. ------------------- Original review : I had previously purchased a set of 600 3oz paper cups from this seller and the quality was satisfactory. Therefore, I confidently purchased a set of 3000, assuming the quality would be the same. However, upon opening the box today, I was appalled to discover that the quality between the 600 and the 3000 sets differed significantly. The 3000 set I recently purchased had much thinner cups, and the cups were stuck together, making them difficult to separate. Most importantly, just a few seconds after pouring water into them, the cups began leaking. Initially, I thought it might be an issue with just a few cups, but it turned out to be a problem with the entire set, rendering them unusable. Over the past year and a half that I've been using these cups, roughly a third of them have leaked along the side and/or bottom seams not long after contact with hot liquid. Haven't used them with cold drinks, so I don't know if they would hold up better. Also, about half the cups have shed little fragments of wax from the interior seam into my tea/coffee.
