I personally love this neck wrap. I slept more on my last 8 hour flight than I ever have with other neck wraps. It does make you feel like you are wearing a legit neck brace. (My husband laughed at me but a couple of hours of sleep on a long fight was totally worth it.) It keeps you head straight and you do not wake up from your head bobbing. I did not attach it to the back of the seat as I am too short for that feature. The eye mask is nice as well. It is soft, comfortable and does a nice job of blocking some light. Area of improvement would be the bag that it comes in. I do love that it has a clap as that was very helpful but it did take a couple of tries to get it in there and zip the bag shut.
