This was surprisingly a very well made bracelet and it has a magnetic clasp which is really really easy for a personal put on body self because usually when you get a bracelet the big catch is trying to get it hooked up by yourself without somebody helping you and with this having a magnetic class it really helped out the situation plus it's made out of real leather and I believe the silver part is stainless steel so it's not going to rust or turn colors or anything like that. The media could not be loaded. The owl symbolizes knowledge, wisdom, and insight, and is a creature of the night linking it to the unknown and the spiritual realm. They are also pretty good at teaching young people how to eat lollipops and that’s why I think I have always had a strong affinity for this majestic beast. My grandfather loved owls and collected lots of figurines over the years when he was alive and this bracelet made me think of him so that also influenced my decision to order this bracelet. When I unboxed it, I was surprised at the quality of the material. It’s real leather, at least according to the product description; and it appears to be pretty good quality, at least to my untrained eye. The material is smooth and even and appears to be one layer which is pretty thick, but there is stitching so there may be multiple layers but I can’t see a seam so, I don’t know. But if there are layers, the stitching is tight, even, and straight and should hold the bracelet together if this is the case. I’m not sure how the braids are fastened, they may be glued which could possible fail at some point but time will tell. At any rate, they are a very nice design feature. The ends are covered and seem to be fastened well by the clasps which also may be glued or they may just be compressed and hold by friction but at this time they seem to be holding tightly. The clasp is a nice mixture of polished mirror stainless steel with textured 3d owl insignia. The relief is deep and well defined with the background being dark and the owl smooth and silvery. The clasp closes by strong magnets on each side and secures with a dimple/nipple configuration that holds tightly and is easy to close with one hand. I illustrate this in the video. Closure is further enhanced by the pressure of your wrist against the bottom of the clasp. This is a well designed bracelet with a unique clasp and fancy design elements. If you like owls, if you like leather jewelry, and if you like minimalist design with a touch of class, I think this bracelet is a great choice. Read more
