At first I messed up...with a strawberryBanana/yogurt going all over the kitchen counter..but ALAS...it was entirely my fault. (Always, always read every word in the directions!) Then I went back to the simple instructions word for word (why didn't I do this to begin with...because I can be stubborn and feel like I know it all sometimes. Basically this Blender is a wonderful, simple way to make great smoothies. It is quiet, efficient and well worth the price charged!! Now I KNOW how to operate this great blender and how simple it is to clean the parts. (Be careful with the blade part). Just know that I absolutely love this machine. This blender is terrible quality. I have had it less than a month and two pieces have already broken. I was washing the cap with a sponge and it broke. My husband was gently lifting the blender and the handle broke. Amazon wouldn’t let me get a refund and now I am trying to get one from the manufacturer but they are slow to respond. Read more

I bought this to make smoothies. It grinds everything very nice and runs exceptionally quiet, BUT…..the opening in the top is hard to put ingredients into. Nothing but a few drops and maybe a dribble comes out of the spout!! You have to bring half the machine with you to pour out your smoothie then the spout opening is too small, you can’t unscrew the blended drink portion from the base without everything falling out because the entire bottom, blades and all stay on the machine🤷‍♀️what a mess!!! Cleaning this or getting all the seeds out is pretty hard. There is a huge lip around the top where getting everything out of the glass part is nearly impossible. Doesn't really blend anything, but what it does blend, you can't get out.... Read more
