I bought this to provide more cushion for my hands because I have arthritis in my thumb joint. It works great - my hands don't slip at all in various asanas. It also is good for knee padding. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability but it seems very well made. Read more
LOVE THIS! I like to do yoga but my knees kill me when in any position with them on the ground. I do use a yoga mat but this adds another layer of protection that my knees now don't feel like they are bruised. Perfect size for the yoga mat and slip resistant so I don't have to worry about it moving on me while using it. About the same thickness as a good yoga mat but just that little bit helps a lot!
