This yoga mat is thick! I attached a picture of it compared to my super cheap old mat. This one is worlds apart from my other one. It is thick. It is nonslip. It comes with a carry hand. It alleviates the pressure on my joints when I am working out, and I am able to support myself really well on it. It does not tear into pieces when I am working out. My old mat is a super cheap one that I literally tread holes into and was some sort of soft foam. I could instantly tell the difference when this one arrived. The material is dense and sturdy. The seller sent salt with it to precondition the mat, which I was glad they sent it with it. Overall, this is a really nice yoga mat and is well worth the price of $60. I am more than happy with it! If you're in the market for a yoga mat in the $80.00 price range (the cost of this item at the time of my review), then you expect a quality, long-lasting product. This mat by EUNZEL certainly fits the bill. First off, it has no harsh smell - which I consider essential. Right out of the box it was nearly odor free. You don't want to be doing yoga for a healthier body and breathing in toxic fumes at the same time. Right?! No problem with that here. Also, the manufacturer recommends a sea salt conditioning process for the mat before your first use - and they even include the sea salt! Wow - a nice extra. In terms of performance the mat excels: it's grippy, very dense, and has good cushion (without being too soft). In addition, it laid completely flat the first time I used it, which I really liked. Given the quality of the materials, it should be quite durable. It's not the lightest mat in the world so carrying it around for any distance will be a little challenging, but once you use it, you might not want to go back to a thinner, easier to transport alternative. If I have one complaint, it's that the mat is 71" long. I'm 72". Wish it were just a few inches longer. Other than that, it's perfect. Read more

This is a fantastic yoga mat! I was looking for something with good cushioning for my knees during floor poses, and this 6mm thickness is perfect. It feels really supportive without being too squishy. The non-slip surface is excellent too – I feel secure and stable throughout my practice, even during more challenging poses. My original review was lost so doing it again. Pros: More padding, little longer and wider, comfortable Cons: Heavy. About 6lbs I like this much it’s better suited for dedicated home yoga mat because it heavier. 6lbs isn’t too bad if you want to carry it. There is slight smell to it when I put my nose directly on the mat so it should gas out soon it’s been out of the bag for couple of weeks now. Other than that it’s an awesome exercise/yoga mat.
