Great towel for sweatier yoga. I didn't move from my mat at all. If you're not doing a more sweaty workout, you'll be sliding around because of the material, so you'll need to get your hands wet. A good Lululemon dupe, just as absorbent. The only potential con is that the laser-cut edges are a little sharp, but you don't feel that unless you're washing/packing the towel.
