Decent Mat
This mat is fine for yoga and pilates or any floor workout. it is a good thickness and doesn’t hurt my knees or back. my first mat ripped but i easily got it replaced. A downside to this mat is it does not have ANY traction or grip for hot yoga. i find myself slipping constantly. I will need to buy a yoga towel or a different mat all together. Also, the carrying strap broke. The mat does lay flat after being rolled. Read more
