Perfectly soft and gripping! No more hurting knee caps! So excited to be using it everyday! Because the mat is thick, getting it in the bag is little harder but it came with adjustable strings to carry so not a big issue Read more
I am absolutely in love with this yoga mat!! I got the 1/3 inches thick one and it’s perfect for me. I didn’t want one too thin or too thick; a 6mm or below hurts and feels like i’m pressing into concrete on my knees :( I am so glad it doesn’t feel like I can tell i’m on a hard floor surface on my knees, hands, or back. I love it. To be super picky, I was hesitant about the small design on the front because I just wanted a plain all pink one. Now I actually like it, barely notice it, and makes the mat grippy which is nice, and it makes me feel like I have a cool yoga mat that’s my own. Overall it looks so nice and pretty and I’m always excited to roll it out and look at it in general haha. I don’t use the black case but I use the gray string and make a slip knot on the other end to make my own handle and then I can also carry it over my shoulder. I love it and would highly recommend it to anyone Read more
i’ve been practicing yoga for 2 years now and am just finally swapping out to get a new mat. i’ve had this mat for the last year and it’s stood the test of countless yoga sculpt classes and temperatures of 95-100+ and not let me down! i will say, for heated classes you should still be using a yoga nonslip towel on top since this isn’t as sticky as other mats. i love the lines and design, and they’ve helped me remember to align my body properly in my flows! if you’re in a non heated class, this works beautifully. if you have sensitive knees, the thickness of this mat is perfect. i’ve not used it outdoors, but i’m sure it would work well! overall, i think it’s the perfect mat to start with if you’re looking for something comfortable, still lightweight to carry, and supportive. some may not like the thickness, since when you roll or fold it up it is a bit large, but i’ve never minded. definitely recommend :) Read more
This yoga mat is really pretty and it does provide some cushion on your knees, yet it was a little too hard for me. It felt a little plastic key, which is something I'm not too fond up on my yoga mats, especially when you wrap it back up. But it is sturdy and I'm sure it will last a very long time. Not very stretchable, slightly slippery, thickness was good. Read more
Very cushioned, great for bad knees, although mine aren’t too bad, so perhaps someone with really bad knees may need more cushion, but this is great for my knees which have had problems before with other mats. This mat has a great grip up as well, not slippery, although I do have to reposition my hands a few times throughout the downward dogs of my practice, I feel that is with any mat I’ve ever owned, but this is the best of them. Thick and comfortable. Rolls up small enough and unrolls well. Great markings to keep centered and aligned. Nice color. A little slippery depending on pose. No odor. Small dog ran across and small surface tear but not all the way through. Toenail did the same thing. Still overall great yoga mat! Read more
This is the perfect thickness that I was looking for. I use it for Barre classes and it’s not too thick and squishy but not too thin. It doesn’t slip around on the floor under me. It’s a nice material that doesn’t stretch out underneath my feet like other thick foam mats. Love the color too. Read more
I’ve had a bunch of different yoga mats over the past 25 years and this is my favorite! The padding is just right for your knees, it doesn’t stretch or move on the wood floor, I like the soft rather than shiny texture and I still don’t slip and also… it’s beautiful!! The matcha green and grey mat has a beautiful lotus design and also has lines at top, bottom and center that help with foot and hand placement even if you’re an experienced yogi. I’m thinking of getting a second one in case I can’t replace it in the future. Read more
