This is such a great chair at a really good price! I bought it in grey over a year ago and use it almost every day in my office. It has absolutely stood the test of time and still looks and feels like new. It’s very comfortable and I could sit in it all day. I recently moved and changed my decor colors and bought another one in the cream color. It’s slightly on the yellowish side, but it’s still beautiful and a perfect chair for my office. Great office chair. My back was killing me in my old chair, so I researched this one and couldn’t be happier. I’ve used it today and have been so comfortable. Putting it together was super easy. The material is very soft and beautiful. I love the adjustable arms and that they are shorter in length than my old chair which were always in my way. I work from home three days a week and this is such a comfortable, flexible chair. I have not noticed any back pain from sitting in it all day, so it definitely offers good support. Additionally, it is a decent size, cozy, and just a cute chair! I also love the way the arms go up so you can reserve even more space. The assembly wasn't anything too tough to handle, took 20 or so minutes between my boyfriend and I. I definitely think its a great value for the price and would recommend. Read more

The quality of the chair is nice, I love the quilted leather experience, and the chair was super easy to put together. However the back support is the same as any chair so I will be ordering additional parts for back support. I also noticed the little circles keep popping out from time to time which isn’t that bad but still. I would recommend this chair for the style and plush comfort but not for back support. Read more

I got this chair to replace one that has gotten very old and has been peeling, but served me well in my office for several years. This one arrived well packaged, well labeled, clear directions, and even a set of spare parts that I didn’t need to dip into. I’m 39F, 5’8 and my main concern is the height of the seat and back, both are ample for me. I am a crafter and sometimes the armrests can be annoying, so that was a feature that I was absolutely interested in on this chair. I’m pleased they tuck almost all the way back and do not obstruct movement. The lumbar support is already a key feature as well. The chair arrived on time. It's a beautiful, comfortable chair. Based on other reviews, I thought it might be more cream color than white. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it's more on the white side of cream. My grandson (who has his room set up as a semi music/recording studio) and his grandfather both share the computer. The "liftable" arms work great. My grandson likes them up when he's playing his guitars, and my husband likes them down when he's playing on Facebook or YT. It's a VERY comfortable chair for padding, height, weight, etc. We haven't seen or experienced any of the negatives others have mentioned. A week, two weeks in, it sucks. about month in the bottom portion having a frame made of wood laminate, it is delaminating and it is not holding despite it being 400lbs (I'm under 300lbs) rated. Why aren't these chair framed with formed steel sheets instead of JUNK WOOD LAMINATE!? edit: 12/30/2024, chair piston is already junk, I does not hold up to a consistent 300lb load (I'm not light by any means but wish I was). This chair was SUPPOSED to be 400lbs rated. BIG LIE BY THE SELLER, AVOID THIS SELLER. update: 3/2025, I cannot tell if someone is trying phish me outside of amazon or if the seller is actually trying to bribe me for far less than what the unit costed me. But I am not clicking the links in said email (respectfully, go pound sand). I am DISSATISFIED with the unit and I might as well invest in something like a herman miller unit because lets face it, this junk is made to be "last at most three months and repeat the process".
