I use this shoulder heating pad every day for a frozen shoulder, and overall, it helps. The heat is strong, but I don't use the massage settings because it hurts my shoulder. The quality is about what I expected for the price, nothing heavy-duty, but good enough for regular use. The main issue for me is the fit. I’m 5'6", and I have a hard time getting the heating element to sit tightly against my shoulder unless I'm sitting in a particular position. The straps work, but the wrap doesn’t contour perfectly, so the heat isn’t always as direct or as close as I’d like. Even with that, it still provides relief and loosens up my shoulder when it gets stiff. I was excited about this product and hoped it helped my frozen shoulder. I followed the directions, wore a light shirt, and kept it on high with vibrations for 20 mins. I could feel it getting hot on one part of my shoulder. When I removed the product, I could see that it had burned my skin through my shirt! I ended up developing a severe blister. The heat was high, as directed, and only in a very small area (about 1 inch), not spread out through the entire shoulder area. It seems only one wire (heating element) was getting hot and it was the wire that was across the tip of my shoulder. I would not recommend this product and will be returning it. Read more

I was really hoping this would work like it says it does. First, if you're a woman this might not tighten up enough to be anywhere efficient. I tightened it up as much as it will allow and it rides up my neck on the strap side and causes pain. I even tied a knot in the strap trying to get it tight enough. The cuff fits ok but where the vibrating buttons are don't fit tightly enough to be effective. It heats barely but it does heat. I have to say the battery lasts a long time. I just don't think vibrating buttons are what I'm looking for. Read more

It works as described. I had to have a little help putting it on. Easily works for either shoulder. Vibrating massage feels perfectly placed for me. (I have small shoulders though) It's a pulsating vibration in two spots, one in front and one in back, right at the shoulder joint. The heating gets warm enough. Been using it for a few days now and I can feel some relief with my pain. I just wish the control panel was easily readable and easy to set, meaning it is placed on the outside of the arm sleeve and it's very hard to see let alone push buttons to set and change the heat, vibration, timer and temperature while wearing it. It seems to hold its battery life very well. The pulsating vibration massage feels strong and effective and combined with heat, I like this product enough to keep it and recommend. Read more
