Good product, BUT...
This is actually a decent cooling stand for the X Series, along with the ability to charge 2 controllers. The fan, even on the lowest setting can be heard, but honestly, any small fans like this are going to create some noise. It is not annoying to me, but to some it may be. A lot of reviews complained about the charging ports not working. I had purchased some YUANHOT rechargeable batteries for the X series, along with this unit. I put the controller in the charger, and the light stayed green. (both sides) Then I decided to put in an actual Xbox rechargeable battery, and got a red flashing light on both sides. So, the bottom line is, it's a decent stand with cooling for the Xbox X Series, however it does not appear to charge 3rd party rechargeable batteries, even if they are from the same manufacturer, but does charge original Xbox rechargeable batteries. Not Great For Cooling. Only Makes 2°F - 3°F difference on maximum setting
The media could not be loaded. Not a cooling stand.. the fans are a very useless addon. Video shows how temperatures shift with a laser reader while in next to standby mode on a game. No real change. Air push out was minimal and results were iffy. I've done the reading for longer periods of time and compare the air push. The difference is maybe 1 - 2 psi at best. Charging station works. Overall I don't feel like I spent my money well on this product and am glad I got it on sale. I'd have been returning it if I had paid full price. Worth the $32? ... eh. $25 at most is where I'd draw the line for the actual value of this thing. Missing headset stand. Read more

Not worth the money
The 1st one i ordered was defective. Wouldn't turn on. The replacement process was a little tedious bc in P.R., QR cides are not working. The replacement got here and it powered on. The problem is that the fans used for cooling push a very nedgligable ammount of air, so it doesen't cool AT ALL. Secondly, the hook for your headset sits so close to the console that the pleather or whatever fabric the earcups are made of, stand a chance of cooking off if you leave them on there while you game. All in all, the companies cusy serv is top notch but, the product is sub par. Don't waste your money. Read more
