I love this pan, I only use it for cooking eggs. It's got a nonstick coating that releases the eggs well but obviously over time that nonstickiness tends to go away. I am careful about only hand washing it and only after the pan is totally cooled. The handle is real wood and feels nice in my hand. Read more

I have struggled to find a non-stick pan that I don't ruin in a matter of months. (I tend to lack patience and have two heat settings I use most often: HIGH and OFF) I love the heat distribution, non-stick surface and how fast the pan heats up, so I don't need to use high so often, lol. The cast iron base gives this pan some weight, but it's a small price to pay for improving my results in the kitchen. Plus, I don't feel like this pan is distributing non-stick chemicals into my food. I've used it for a while now, almost every day, and it still looks like new. I bought the red exterior version and it's gorgeous. I would recommend this to anyone, even good cooks. Read more

Nice looking pan. I didn't realize it actually has a ceramic coating over the cast iron on the interior. It works great it says it's non-toxic PFAS free. I hope the coating lasts a very long time. I was looking for an outside enameled but cast iron interior pan. I couldn't find one. This heats up well and it's very even cooks like a cast iron, cleans up well. Read more

This small fry pay has a nice heavy weight, but it's not to heavy to manage. I like the wood handle and especially appreciate that no "seasoning" needed. The pay browns meat quickly, and perfect for one or two chops, burgers, eggs, or grilled cheese. Read more

LOVE it, I only made one omelette so far but you can tell the difference, the browning was equal and reach all the way even tough i didn't put the pan in the center, It does take some time to get warm but that's should be expected from cast iron, Very high value for money. Read more
