Learning curve! My last one was snap and go- this has a few more steps. you need a gentle hand dealing with the milk frother. I saw a few negative reviews on it. It's probably because you can't manhandle that, it has a little spring inside you just need to rinse it and try to stay away from that spring. (PS It can NOT be submerged in water) But the milk frother is amazing. Just a small amount like a splash of milk is all you need and it whips the tar out of it 😉 I put a sprinkle of sweetener over the milk no stirring needed you could damage it. Read more

I love this machine. I've had Keurigs for years and when my last one wore out, I ran across this one and was intrigued by the frother and the fact that it doesn't require the tedious cleaning that others do. It's a simple setup...plug it in, add water and select your cup size, add creamer to the frother and select your setting. It brews very quickly and I loved the frothy cream. Sadly the frother stopped working more than 30 days after my purchase so a refund/replacement was not an option. However, the Amazon cs rep provided the seller's contact info and I messaged them mid morning. By 8:30 that evening they had responded that they were sending me a new frother. I love my coffee maker but I lost the holder for the capsule and I can't find anywhere to buy another one. I've looked over and over on the Zacme site and nothing. Yes, I can use the coffee grounds filter but there are coffees and teas that come in a capsule. Read more

Excellent coffee pal. I just started a new life at 67 and this coffee maker welcomed me a terrific good morning in my new studio. I was concerned about no ON and OFF buttons but just press the buttons you want and it’ll start right up and then will turn off shortly thereafter. Okay I’m going to add review for brilliant features I’ve stumbled upon on this terrific coffee maker: The milk frother makes a PERFECT Cappuccino milk froth. This coffee maker worked great up until about 3 months ago. I purchased August 2024. I did not get a year out of it before the frother completely stopped working. Since the frother is built in, there is nothing you can do about it so buyer beware. I noticed it stopped brewing a complete cup of coffee so I went through the descaling process. It is still having issues so I will go back to my Keurig. So sad because I really liked this coffee maker since I could use both pods and grounds. Read more
