This is almost exactly as described. I will say the material feels a bit more mesh-like than I was expecting but it is labeled as a bathing suit coverup so I guess that makes sense. It is perfect for after beach, or transition into a nice spring/fall sweater. It is about 4-5 inches shorter than I would prefer (which is to my waistline at least), I do have a fairly long body though. I ordered the green stripe for reference when you order. I’m not entirely sure it is worth the $30 though, we’ll see how it holds up after some wear and wash. I will update should anything change, but for now it’s a pretty solid purchase. Read more

I got this for use as a Cover up for the coming summer swimsuit season but it actually looks really cute as a layered top too! Knit style, polyester fabric makes for easy care with machine wash but I will also air dry on hanger. The colors are really rich and lasting. I got the striped style and it fits true to my size small, 5’3 128lbs and is comfy to wear. I think it shapes well all around. I ordered a medium size in this ZAFUL crochet cardigan, and at 5'4", 135 lbs, with a 36 band, it fit more like an XS or small. I couldn’t even bring both bottom hems together if I tried. The sizing is definitely off, so I recommend sizing up. The fabric feels rough and scratchy against the skin, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the colors are much brighter and more vibrant than expected, resulting in a clash rather than a cohesive look. I didn’t find the cardigan versatile as described; it feels more like an open-front top rather than a flattering cover-up. When I first saw this I thought it would make an awesome cardigan. Unfortunately it’s just good enough to make a cute swim suit shirt cover up. The listing describes it as crocheted but it’s not. It’s machine knitted. The thread used is thin and slightly scratchy, almost plastic like, definitely not soft. The ties are made of bathing suit material and are quite bulky. It stops at the waist so will only cover the torso and arms. Unfortunately the fit is too large. I’d definitely recommend sizing down if you want a more tailored fit. The sleeves were very long and it just kind of hung on me. The colors are very vibrant and it looks quite attractive and cute. Overall, despite looking cute, it’s just not comfortable enough considering I’d be wearing it against bear skin. I was disappointed with the low quality thread used, not to mention that it wasn’t crocheted. Add in the size issues and I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Read more

This is the cutest swimsuit coverup ever… first off, it’s not like a traditional coverup like you’d think of. It’s very versatile in how it can be worn. It is fun & bright, the pattern matches up correctly, there were no loose threads & the stitching is straight. Now the material is kinda different ~ I’m not sure how to describe it but it just works well with this. The fit/size is true (I’m 5’ 95 lbs) it’s comfortable & not heavy at all but it’s definitely heavier than some of the gauze type coverups out there. It's a nice top, with an open, retro styling, but the fabric isnt as soft as I'd like a cover-up to be. The fabric is sort of stiff or scratchy. It definitely feels synthetic, perhaps of recycled plastics? The tie is swim-suit material.
