Great for colds...
We absolutely love these elderberry gummies and keep it stocked in our house year-round. Our whole family takes it, and it’s become part of our routine. Especially during cold and flu season, we are using them all of the time. The taste is great (even the kids don’t mind it!), and we truly feel better knowing we have it on hand. AWFUL TASTE BUT WORKED!!!
This tastes like "liquid grape jelly," and I thought it was "sickening syrupy sweet." That's why I took off "one star" for awful taste. However, as I am recovering from the flu; earlier this week I had a coughing fit, and this was the closest thing I had to cough syrup in the house. I took some at night, and the next morning, it seemed to "do the trick." Without getting too graphic, I was able to cough up the awful wad of sputum that was "clogging" my airways that affect "deep breathing," so I was truly happy about that. Again, I didn't care for the taste myself, but I think it is a good product overall, and I am happily "breathing better." Read more

I have only been taking them for a short time but they have proven to be effective. One thing I learned, though, is that elderberry is a diuretic, and maybe best to take early in the day, to avoid frequent bathroom visits before bed. The size and texture make it easy to chew, the taste was pleasant and it did what it was meant to. Great to have on hand for colds or just to give your system a boost. Read more
