The media could not be loaded. These do provide instant relief for a stuffy nose. I have a deviated septum and I noticed a huge difference in just being able to breath out of both nostrils. The adhesive has a somewhat strong chemical smell, and unfortunately doesn't stay on all night. I tried five different nights with different methods of applying and they fell off in the middle of the night each time. But if you're under the weather and needing some relief from the congestion, this would be helpful for a few hours. I didn't sleep better and I even let my dad try them and he had the same issue. So its a design flaw or adhesive flaw. If you are looking for something to stop snoring, i dont think this is a good option, at least not until they fix the issue of the glue not staying put. It's tricky because it is most likely the natural oils from our pores and you cant make the glue too sticky that it hurts to take off... I don't think its worth the cost. Read more

My husband is a terrible snorer. Like for real terrible, like I can hear him two rooms over through a closed door as if he's right next to me. I have tried all sorts of stuff and nothing has worked until these Extra Strength nasal strips! The cotton fabric is soft, flexible and breathable and the adhesive sticks well to clean skin. When applied correctly the strips increase nasal airflow by opening the passages wide which in turn helps reduce snoring. The only drawback is removal, the feeling is similar to ripping of a bandaid, a more pliable adhesive may work better. With 60 strips per box that covers 2 months of use which is a great value! My son and I both have deviated septum's and allergies so we're congested 24/7! We were skeptical at first because the adhesive on the backside would not stay down and kept flipping up! I was able to keep mine down, but my son had to open another one. We both immediately noticed that we could breathe easier, it's really helped open things up for both of us! Once we took them off my son's nose started making his normal whistling/ congestion sound again and I noticed I was back to being stuffed up within a minute or so. I think that these are amazing because they do function well with opening you up, however, the adhesive concerns me since we did both struggle with it coming up... perhaps it could be the length or shape causing it to flip up though? I have been using nose strips for awhile now and these live up to the brand I have trusted. They are great value for money, you receive a good amount of strips and they are of a consistent quality. They look identical to most of the bigger brands and provide the same surface coverage and quality in terms of the strip surface and the sticky side. Was able to apply the strip and have it stay on all night which is great. The stickiness holds up when it comes to peeling it off in the morning! Has continued to help with my quality of sleep! I can't speak to the snoring effectiveness of these, but they are very good for cold/flu congestion. They easily stick on the nose - without having to size - and provide some extra comfort. They are durable enough to last through the night and comfortable enough to not negatively impact sleep comfort. Easy to use with the instructions and generally effective. I would recommend these to theirs - they are a good value compared to name brand offerings that are largely the same. Read more
