This Vest works great! I am a smaller female and it adjust small enough for a 27” waist and stays in place without bouncing around. I wanted the weight to be adjustable so I can start with less and build and it works very well for that. I throw it on to walk my dogs and add in more weight for exercises like body squats and chair steps. It was worth paying more to get the adjustable weight and get more use out of it. Read more
