I was a bit disappointed at first, however upon examining the product I was able to modify it to fit my needs perfectly without compromising it's integrity. I needed a shower caddy to fit a space of 50inches which is not very much. I didn't measure before I bought this because I thought I new what 5ft looks like. Apparently I do not. Oops. Upon reading the instructions I realized there were 3 spacers, I omitted 2 and instead of using the medium piece I used only the small, and Bam 50inches. Now I don't think it would reasonably get much smaller, but I'm sure happy with the results. It's actually very sturdy, which I was concerned about seeing as the shelves are plastic, but it's up to the task. I am one happy woman. Read more

The price is awesome, its exactly the same item as being sold by another seller at a higher price with a bunch of Good reviews. The item came in a nicely packaged Box inside of an Amazon Box . The whole essembley was very easy It took me about 15 to 25 minutes to put together. However, keep in mind this thing is flimsy‼️ You can not put anything heavy On it, good for 1 to 2 bottles at most and don't hang anything heavy on it either. The shelves are held in place by round rubber pieces which might slide down the pole with time and moisture when too much pressure is put on the shelves. Other than that should last a while and is small not big or bulkey love the minimalist type of design, doesn't stand out much at all. I'll update if something breaks prematurely. Read more

Almost all of the problems I'm seeing people list in the one-star and two-star reviews are problems that could be easily solved by simply reading the instructions. I am baffled that so many people seem to be incapable of doing so. It does seem to be a perplexing collection of parts if you don't read what you're supposed to do and follow directions, but it's quite easy to assemble, sufficiently sturdy, and does exactly what you'd expect from this sort of product if you put it together correctly. It readily holds everything I had in and around my shower with room to spare. The version I received does not require any sort of tools to assemble and took around 15 minutes from the time I opened the box to the time I was moving my bath products onto the shelves. Around half of that time was spent simply reading the directions thoroughly and confirming that no parts were missing. Read more

After reading the reviews, I was apprehensive at first to purchase. So many people were whining that the poles didn't fit and they needed to be cut and a whole slew of other issues. The price was right and I'm pretty handy so I bought it anyway, and I'm glad I did. I don't know if it's because I have a reading comprehension level beyond third grade or I can follow instructions, but I had it assembled and put in the bathtub in less than 10 minutes. They key is to READ the instructions. Not just gloss over the pictures and try to guess where the pieces go. Lay out the poles and parts first. There's a table in the instructions that tells you exactly what pieces you need depending on how tall you need it to be. You then grab the pieces and assemble as instructed. The reading comprehension part comes in when you look at the instructions in the book. The first line of the first instruction clearly states it's how to assemble it for the largest length and no matter what length yours is you still need to always use 2 specific poles. They do this so you can see how the pieces work together and where they go. It's up to you to use your brain for 5 minutes to modify the instructions for your actual need. This thing is great. Worth the money and doesn't take anywhere near 2 hours to assemble and doesn't require any cutting whatsoever. Ignore those reviews. Read more

Extremely difficult to assemble-very flimsy support rod- 2 of the shelves cracked and now won’t stay on the rod. There is absolutely no customer support, the support page is blank, the phone does not get answered. I delayed assembly because it was so confusing and as a result I waited too long so it was not returnable. Don’t waste your time or money. Also consider the pole is steel which is going to rust. They supply tape for the joints to prevent water intrusion. Good luck with that. I could go on about it’s deficiencies but if you bought one you know all that. If you didn’t buy one - don’t. Well it’s up and it works. The pole itself is sturdy. I bought it because I needed something small and inexpensive for our camper shower. ( the camper never moves from its spot in the RV park-I wouldn’t try to put it in an RV that moves.) It wasn’t difficult to put together once I measured the shower and knew which pole I didn’t need. What was tricky was that either the directions are wrong or the stopper bags are mislabeled. There are two stoppers- one for the top and one for the bottom and they are two different sizes because they go on different sized poles. The directions had me trying to put the small stopper on the large pole but I figured it out and switched them around and they went on easily. The directions also say to put the tapered end of the clear plastic part that wraps around the pole and keeps the shelf on facing up, but when I tried that the shelves just slid down the pole. I got the shelves to stay up by facing the tapered end down. There is very little weight on the shelves. One has a bar of soap, one has a foot pumice and body wash, and one has a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner. If I try to put anything else on there they won’t stay up without some sort of creativity on my part. We will see what happens when I put a new bottle of conditioner on there- mine is currently almost empty. Read more
