Sturdy

Day 1: This is a very good product for my use. I have a molded plastic tub/shower. The measurement between ceiling and shelf is 78". The grip of the plugs at the top and bottom is excellent. The rods do not slip or move. The rods are not bendable by normal means. You won't hurt them by accidentally stepping on them/dropping them on the floor. The shelves are good and strong, not twistable and are welded firmly. There is a silicon insert for the shelves to rest on and from the pictures you can see that even a fully loaded shelf is not going to budge an inch. If it needs to be moved though, I just have to pull the shelf upward and move the silicon plug to a different location on the rod. The product itself is fine, however, the directions are a travesty. They are complicated and not in a good order. I eventually ditched them and just experimented until I discovered that the small skinny rod goes in at the top. The straight rod with no taper goes next with the spring inside it. At the bottom, the rods with tapers give you the height you need. There is a semi-helpful chart telling you which rods with tapers to use, but I wound up having to use an extender anyway. The plastic extender(s) go inside the straight rod on top of the spring. BE CAREFUL OF YOUR CEILING. The spring is strong! If you try to push up and slide the rod onto the bathtub shelf or floor, you will break the ceiling drywall! Always put the bottom down first, then pull down on the spring and then push the rod back until it is on the ceiling where you want it to be then slowly release the spring. I will be interested to see how long this product lasts after being beaten by 45 minute volcano level hot water. For now, I'm happy. Read more

Fits perfectly in a small space!💕💕💕

🌟▶I figured out the height I needed in the switching out of rods before I completely put it all together including the foil tape after assembly. Doing it that way worked so well and assembly was quick! I'm VERY HAPPY with how well it helps me to organize my shower! (3 people use the same shower so it's very helpful!!!) ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴ I suggest that you Start with Rods A & B and put the pieces in them (following the instructions for them) and measure how much more space you need in order to make the spring hold everything in place. Add more rods according to your need. After you discover how many (if not all) of the rods you'll need, then disassemble those and put the plastic circles where you want your shelves to be. Slide the shelves in place on top of the plastic pieces. You may need to hold the plastic pieces as you slide the shelf on. Be careful not to pinch your fingers. (More instructions after this step, but I wrote this so that you'll know how it's assembled. SO EASY! 1 person can do this on their own! I did.😁👍) ✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴✴ ▶I used only Rods A, B and D (I think) to get this short length. There are 5 rods in all, so it can get MUCH TALLER than what I needed. (I think that I'll use the excess as a curtain rod!) 🙌 I only needed to use 2 of the foil tape strips in all for this size. 1 for each completed piece because the loaded spring part is in using Rods A & B (no tape between these 2 rods because you need them to move), and I needed just a tad bit more height for my shower. ▶I used all the parts except for 2 of the pole pieces and a few tape strips! It looks so great in my shower!💕💕💕 ✉You can see at the top of the poles that there are black wooden corner shelves at the top that are screwed into the wall. (I didn't make those and they're too high to be using for someone so short like me and my family members😅) 😨I was so nervous about buying these because I didn't think that they would fit such a tiny space, but they did. 🙌The shelves are so low because you can't put a shelf on "Rod A" which slips inside of "Rod B" which contains the spring, which means that "Rod A" is too thin to hold a shelf. ▶There are thick rubber circles that you put on the rods, with the smaller end at the top (it gets thicker at its bottom like a pyramid), then you slip a shelf on top of that and press it down to make it get stuck on the rubber piece so it stays in place. ❗You need all of the parts! ❗ ❗Don't throw anything away!❗ ▶You actually get 1 tiny foil sheet of black tape strips (3) that you need to put over the adjoining rod segments (Not where "Rod A" meets "Rod B" though because these two rods create the springing action) so that they don't come apart when you're trying to move/install it, after assembling it. (Believe me, the tape HELPS a lot!) ...If I were them, I would've made it screw together though! 😵Don't understand why they wouldn't have done that... Read more

Worked well.

All the parts were there and directions were easy to follow. Not to much of a problem getting the baskets to stay where you wanted them to. I used a screwdriver to push the clear, soft plastic ring in place. I used the 78" directions. All sizes of showers and the directions tell you how many sections you will need. I added the hooks. It does not come with hooks. For the price, it works very well. Oh, I also laid it on the floor, which made it easier to attach the baskets. Only thing, the tape to cover where the pole's connect did not match the color of bronze. They were black. I assume it was to keep water out of the inside of pole. Still happy with it. Read more

Just what I needed

I put in all of the plastic cylinders for the tension part and prior to connecting each individual pole made sure the rubber guards under each shelf bracket held them solid due to liter sized products. My difference measures 81 inches which is why I left out part E. This works fantastic and does take some elbow grease to install securely, not just for the pole itself but also the shelving. Easy to build(directions are reversed alphabet), does wiggle on the rod slightly but not enough to come loose since I really made sure the tension pieces would be at their maximum. Read more

Looks nice and sturdier than you think at first

Make sure you measure from surface to ceiling before you purchase! It looks very nice and will go good with all the black I plan on upgrading my bathroom. TIP when assembling: push the rubber pieces up into the shelves after you get them all where you want them. Also it seems flimsy once you put it together and tug on it a little but it holds a lot of weight! Also this is a tension rod that you push not like a curtain that you twist. Hope this helps!
