I love that the height can be adjusted. Easy to assemble, and racks can be adjusted to your needs. So far it has held up pretty good with not rusting. I just forgot that first you position the top where the spring is, then position the bottom. Fits tightly does not move. Plenty of space to put all your shower items. Definitely recommend this product if you want clutter free shower tub and it helps to quickly clean the shower without having to move every single item. I am loving it. Read more

Bought this to put into my walk-in shower which won't be installed until October so I haven't assembled it yet. Box was a bit roughed up on arrival, so I inspected all the parts and found no dents, bends, or scars in the pipe sections and the baskets are very sturdy, heavier wire than most I've seen. I like that the mountings for the baskets install with a set screw rather than just the rubber/plastic collars that some units have, and the baskets hang on the bracket AND the screw. The mounting bracket slides down over the pipe but the basket does not, so adjustments will be far easier to make as needed. Seems far more secure and sturdy than other units. Read more

I was a little hesitant to get this one considering the mixed reviews. I totally see why some people love it and some people dismissed it as junk. At first glance it seems very well made, but once you have it in place it does wiggle a little bit. So it feels like it's not very sturdy. We have a crowded house. 6 people to one shower, so it gets a beating. This one was purchased to replace the one we've had for over 10 years. That one was solid, the thing didn't move once it was in place so I was a little concerned and decided to give it a couple weeks trial. So far it is holding up against my crazy children and rowdy household. TIP: The instructions say "no tools necessary," but if you tighten the shelf brackets in place by hand it is hard to tighten them tight enough so that they don't move. My shelves slid down the pole just by putting 3 full bottles of soap on them. But a set of pliers to tighten those brackets solved that problem in no time flat. So far I love the design, I love the features, and only four stars because it does wobble a little, even though it doesn't seem to affect the design or effectiveness of the product, it does knock points off. The product stated it is rustproof, it is not. This shower caddy was placed in the back corner of our rather large shower. It got very little water directly on it, except when we took an item off the shelf to use and then put it back. In fact both my husband and I have placed cell phones while showering, on this caddy and the phone stayed dry. That’s how little water got on this “rustproof” caddy. It took all of 3 months for the shelves to begin rusting. I thought I could clean the rusty build up, and then wrap it with plastic to protect it when cleaning the shower, but nothing helped. This caddy is absolutely NOT rust proof and you would think it be durable since it’s literally MADE TO SPEND ITS LIFE IN A SHOWER. It is not. The assembly was easy but would have been easier to just take the item from the box and throw it in the trash. The storage capacity has 4 shelves but you can only assemble 3, to fit properly in the shower. This is a great value, NOT. Save your money we got a few months of a nice looking item that kind of held things before it became some rust bucket that we had to rig to stay upright and no full bottles can fit in the caddy because the rust ate away and the main support. Pros: - Reasonable price - looks OK - lots of room Cons: - pole is a bit too flimsy, bends outwards with any load. - there are places for disposable razors but nowhere for soap, toothbrushes, towels, etc. - Instructions try to be complete, but they don't tell you what to do in anything other than standard situations, no instructions regarding the trays at all. There's a packet of silver sticker strips that the instructions don't mention - what are they for? - The trays need to be tightened down with pliers in order to be secure and not slide down the pole; even then they won't hold more than a few pounds - 2 large shampoo bottles are almost too much. Overall, serviceable but not quite good enough to be called "OK". I doubt it'll last more than a couple years even if nobody abuses it. Read more

I was worried that this was going to be too flimsy since we had tall ceilings and I tend to use the giant shampoo/conditioner bottles with the pumps. Not only was it super easy to put together, but once it was properly tightened in place, it was solid! No issues with the heavy bottles or the extra force from using the pump tops. Wasn’t too terribly difficult to assemble, and definitely helps organize the tub. Came with a few spots where the paint/enamel coat seemed a bit thin (or maybe had gotten dinged in transit), but I touched it up with some silver automotive paint that I had on hand, just in case. It’s too early to tell if rusting will be a big issue or not, but I figured that I would give it the best start possible. I really liked our old caddy and was sad that I couldn't find another one like it when it was time to replace it. I looked all over for a new one and decided on this one. I'm so glad that I did! I love that it has 4 shelves as most only have 3. It is very sturdy and has the space to hold at least 4 large bottles on each shelf.
