Love this system first couple of times I had to pull the filtration system up out of the tank so that the water can fill up properly but after the couple of times now, I can just pour water in and it will fill up without having to pull the filtration tank out the water is clean. It measures at zero and it’s good tasting, great filtration system. I also compared it to the filtered water that I go in by to refill my containers and that system also tested zero. Read more

Pour fresh water into the tank slowly. Don't do what I did and fill it from the faucet. That way creates too many bubbles and the water filters really slow, but if you pour by hand slowly it filters quickly. If you are entertaining the idea of buying a Zero water tank, don't hesitate another minute. The water taste clear and clean....way better than bottled water . The brand of bottle water that did buy measured at 0.07 . My city water measured at 2.78 and Zero says to change the filter at 0.07. I did buy 6 extra filters. Read more

Easy setup. Tested my water from my tap and the reading is of the chart high. Tested the water after it ran through the filter and it is like negative numbers its so pure. Taste cleaner and smooth. The water tester that comes with it, if yours doesn't quirk check the batteries. I had to replace the batteries in mine to get it to work. Read more

For a stand alone water filter the is the best. I love the amount of water I can get from this. I had used smaller units and found it difficult to know if the water quality was good. This unit has a tester included so I can check the water perodically to know if I need to change the filter or not. It is hugh so finding a place for it will be the one thing to consider. A teired loication would be best because the drain is at the botton of the unit and it would be difficult to access on a flat surface, unless you pull it out over the edge. Read more

I don't know why anyone would complain about these. You know exactly what you're getting. They give you a device to measure their filtered water, as well as other water that you drink. Clearly, these filters work. The fact that natural minerals in my tap water are removed is a minuscule loss, compared to all the toxins, metals, and other foul materials that also are removed. I'll get my minerals from my grains, vegetables, and vitamin tablets while keeping out toxins from my highly questionable tap water. It still tastes like "water" after filtering. On the other hand, my coffee, tea, and food that I cook with some form of boiled water taste better with this "demineralized" filtered water. I do still drink some bottled water. However, with this Zero Water filtering system, I don't have to buy as much of it. I jot down my refills on my calendar. I will keep track of how many refills I can get per filter before I have to purchase more. But right now, I'm finally able to drink my tap water with a lot more confidence that it's now safer to ingest. I will update this review if necessary. Read more
