These pants feel soft and comfortable with a nice amount of stretch. The high waist gives good tummy control and stays in place while moving. These are wonderfully made pants that fit well and can be worn to lounge around in, to the gym, or to the office! They are thick enough to provide coverage, the pants are an added bonus, and I love that the legs are wide. The wide legs is what makes these acceptable for office wear. I currently wear an XXL and I ordered an XL. These are a little snug around the waist and thigh area, but still wearable for loungewear. If I lose 10 more pounds on my weight loss journey, these will be perfect. Read more

I ordered these in XL based on their size chart, though L would have been fine after all. Sometimes sizing up works, and sometimes it doesn’t. In this case, sizing up wasn’t necessary, but it provided a looser version of these pants. However, I’m not sure where I would wear these, given that the legs are too wide and long on me. They are not feasible as workout pants, and they are not a flattering fit where I’d want to wear them out or to work. I also don’t care for the fabric. Is the fabric for exercise or going out!!?? There are slant pockets in the front and fake pockets in back (!), but soft fabric like this doesn’t look good with stuff in the pockets. The sewn-flat faux fly makes no sense at all. IMO, these pants would be best for those taller than me (5’4”). However, I do not see these pants as transitional from office to exercise, or whatever. For me, they are a strange hybrid that doesn’t work for either in terms of fit and fabric. If they do work for others, they will find they’re well-made, and the fabric is soft, medium-weight, and of nice quality. These pants are soft and fit well (possibly a bit loosely). I have a 34 inch waist and 45.5 inch hips and ordered an extra large for reference. They are not see through but the fabric is not terribly thick, so they show every bump and lump, which is not flattering on me, unfortunately. Read more
