I'm 5' 7" 190lbs 36D and I got an XL, and it....sorta fit. I certainly wouldn't have gone up or down a size, but there just wasn't enough space in the bra area. It was either squishing me flat with armpit bulges, or just not doing anything and giving me a weird shape. Seems like there might be a sweet spot of bra sizes that this would work for, but I'm not it. Other than the size issue, it feels really nice with good quality, and it's easy to tighten on your own. Great for the price. Follow the size chart and u will be fine. I usually wear an XL shirt 40/c 240lbs followed the chart and got a 4xl. It's the perfect size I can make it bigger but easily cinch it tight. Yes its a cheap material and feels cheap but for under $25 it's worth it. Read more
