I'm 5' 7" 190lbs 36D and I got an XL, and it....sorta fit. I certainly wouldn't have gone up or down a size, but there just wasn't enough space in the bra area. It was either squishing me flat with armpit bulges, or just not doing anything and giving me a weird shape. Seems like there might be a sweet spot of bra sizes that this would work for, but I'm not it. Other than the size issue, it feels really nice with good quality, and it's easy to tighten on your own.
