Alright so this support pillow is extremely soft and comfortable. Its firm towards the bottom however the top is to soft but it does support your lower back perfectly. The memory foam doesn't lose its shape no matter how how weight you put on it. The color is nice and you could use this in any type of chair. With my back problems, I needed something like this, and using it make my back feel so much better after sitting for long periods of time. It's firm but in a good way. I'm currently using it while sitting upright in a recliner that's lost some of its back support. I'm not using the supplied straps, just putting it behind my back like you would a pillow. This is so much better than using a pillow because it is designed for proper back support. I've used foam rubber wedges in the past but they didn't feel as comfortable as this support. I've got a fairly long drive to make tomorrow and I'm certainly bringing this along. The support is cover is made with three different fabrics. There's a smooth silky fabric down the middle where most of your back will rest. A courser material on each side that allows for more breathability, and finally the back fabric which is covered with tiny non-slip rubber-like dots that keep the support from slipping and sliding around when you're using it. The two straps on the back are elastic and adjustable with click fasteners so you can quickly remove the support but also save the tension setting for easy reinstallation. There's plenty of length in the straps so they can be used in the drivers or passenger front seat in a vehicle. The support is well made and nicely designed and I recommend it. Read more

This back pillow is very affordable and provides decent support. I like that is comes with two straps to keep is securely attached to your seat, I don’t feel that one strap is ever enough to secure the pillow. I have on that is always sliding around so I find myself avoiding. Two straps does the job much better and this cushion comes with a grippy material on the back to help keep it from sliding around as well. I really appreciate this part of the design. When I read the listing and saw dual-firmness for some reason I believed that the lumbar support was removable or adjustable, but this is not the case. There aren’t any modifications that can be made to the product’s functionality. I didn’t find that the dual support made much of a difference, the entire support pillow felt just a little too narrow, flat, and squishy to be supportive the way that I needed it. I think there are better items available, but at the same time for this price point the ZIKEE Lumbar support pillow is hard to beat. Read more
