This is the best mattress I have ever owned. Perfect firmness and comfort. The price... you can't beat it. I bought this 12” mattress for my son. It was well packaged. Heavier than I expected carrying it up the stairs to the bedroom. I was a little skeptical about this purchase based on reviews that said it smelled (and it was pretty inexpensive on Black Friday), but there was ZERO smell when I unpackaged it and 5 days later still no smell. It came out of the packaging easily and has a nice cover over it that can be removed to wash. I let it inflate for 48 hours before I even touched it. The end of the bed that was rolled up to the inside in the packaging looked like it didn’t inflate all the way so I turned it around (thinking maybe the wall that end was sitting against was too cold ) and it still didn’t inflate all the way - let it sit 2 more days and made sure the cover wasn’t too tight and that did the trick. The bed is on the firm side, but not too firm. If you’re looking for a memory foam you sink into this is not for you. I haven’t done more than lay in it and found it comfortable, felt good laying flat on my back after 14 hours at work. My little one just slept for 10 straight hours and said it was “like a cloud” so I’m taking that as a win. Read more

Since it’s a 10 inch bed the inflation time was very quick. The Durability seems to be their and fits perfectly in my bedroom. I’ve dealt with all types of beds in the last 15 years and like these the way these are shipped and wrapped the best. So it definitely was a breeze to set up. The smell Well didn’t have any. The mattress is comfortable and definitely a great deal. It’s not as firm as I believed it would have been, which makes my lower back sore sometimes since there’s not enough support for me. There weren’t any strange smells or any dust after opening the bag. It came rolled up and fully decompressed in a day and slightly firmed up after another day. It’s a full size queen mattress measuring 12.5 inches in height as advertised. The quality itself seems to be pretty good. After a few months, I can say I’m certainly pleased and feel like I’ve gotten more than my monies’ worth. I just wish it was a bit more firm. Read more

I’ve been using this Zinus mattress for about a week now, and here is my honest feedback regarding the comfort and the delivery process. The Comfort: • Perfect Balance: The mattress strikes a great balance—it’s not too soft that you sink in, but not too firm either. It provides just the right amount of support for a restful sleep. I’m very satisfied with the overall feel and quality of the foam. The Delivery (The downside): • Heavy & Hard to Move: The box is incredibly heavy. I live in an apartment and explicitly requested delivery to my front door, but the courier only left it in the building's common mailroom/parcel locker. • The Struggle: Moving it from the mailroom to my unit was a massive struggle. If you live alone or have back issues, you will definitely need a second pair of hands or a dolly to get this inside. Final Verdict: The product itself is excellent for the price, and I’m sleeping much better. However, the delivery experience was disappointing.
