This is really comfortable. I like the way it shapes to my body. The only thing I don't like about it is that even though I have deep pocket sheets, they're not big enough. The sheet always ends up just around it. I have really bad back pain and this is definitely been helping. If you have pain issues this will definitely help. I would have loved to have this when I was on bed rest. So far I haven't had too many heat issues with it. I'm not overheating.
