Our 7-month old pup loves this toy! She uses "Rainbow" as everything from a tug toy to a pillow, and we often put surprise treats inside of it, for her to find. She also loves the "crackers," which have become some of her favorite toys to catch. One of us will hold up the "cracker," and say, "Ready?" Immediately, our girl will sit, intensely focused on her "cracker." Then, we toss the "cracker" nice and high, and say "Catch!" And, because they are lightweight, mouth-size, and soft enough to grip comfortably with her mouth, our pup will leap WAY up to catch one. So, while these uses might not be the ones intended by the toy's designer, they are a few of the reasons why our girl brings us "Rainbow" more often than any other toy--and she has a lot of toys from which to choose! Even so, as you can see by the second photo, the one that shows "Rainbow" being used as a pillow, the toy has survived a very hearty chewer for over two months! To see just how intact "Rainbow" still is today, check out the pic of our then-5-month-old pup looking down with interest at her brand new toy on the day that we received it. There is little difference in the appearance of "Rainbow" in late December and "Rainbow" in early March. And, the "crackers" are missing only their white ends, which became the immediate victims of our girl's desire to chew off any part of a toy that is thin, feathery, or sticking out from the body of the toy. The crackers cannot be blamed for the quick disappearance of their white ends, however, as this pup can polish off a 6-inch bully stick in under 3 minutes! LOL! Highly recommended! Read more

I initially intended to get another burrow toy, but when I saw this piñata, I couldn't resist! Our puppy adores it! The toy's as big as he is. He loves to dig the squeaky candy pieces out of the piñata and show them who's boss. ;) The other night I found him curled up asleep on top of it. We've only had the puppy for 5 days, so I can't attest to the toy's longevity yet, but so far it's holding up great. Read more

update* Idk what it is about this toy but my dog loves it. She loves to shake and throw the large pinata piece. I still wish the candies fit better but we stuff it with her other small toys and she loves it. It's pretty durable too. Seems kind of flimsy and low quality for the brand. I collect these for my dog and always go with this brand because of the high quality. This toy doesn't appear to be as high quality, it's flimsy and the face is kind of derpy. My biggest disappointment is that the holes in the sides are too big for the candies. The candies just fall out, my dog doesn't have to work for them at all (which is her favorite part). This was a cute idea but I wish it had been executed better. Go with a different one. Read more

I have purchased so many of these toys from Zippy Paws and I am always so happy with them!! This one is the cutest!! My dog is an aggressive chewer so she rips out the squeakers quickly and rips the toy BUT I still put a treat in it and stuff the squeak less toys in there and she goes to town on it! I have several from years ago she still runs around with. If you have a normal chewer these will last a long time. Again, I keep buying these because they bring me and my dog so much joy! Read more

This was purchased for puppies at a dog rescue and we're really liking ZippyPaws these Days. 1) Theses toys are both fun for the dogs and educational. The pups like getting the smaller pieces out of the larger toy which is great for keeping them busy. The smaller toys all squeek - there's nothing cuter than seeing a 5 pound pup shake and "kill" a fluffy toy! :o) 2) We use the smaller pieces to play the GET IT game with the older pups. They're easy to hide under blankets and a fun find for the pups. 3) They're durable - right now this particular toys is being used by a litter of 2 month old Rottweilers, a 2 1/2 month old German Shepherd, and a 2 month old Aussie - ALL of whom are teething! The toy has been washed a few times already and is holding up well. We also have the Unicorn Toy from this brand and it's getting lots of use as well. :o) Read more
