The media could not be loaded. Initial review was 5 stars because it is very cool looking and loved the open / close button that worked a few times, then it started acting like something was holding it closed while the motor tried to open it... I could pull on it gently and it would open, but that's not how a $1,700 microwave is supposed to work on day 2 is it.. So, 2 stars... we had custom cabinets put in and this installed so a bit disappointed. Watch the video. It will either go to 5 stars or down to 1 depending on what happens next. I hope I don't have to have someone remove this thing and get another as we are on a schedule. Not good. Read more

It is probably a beautiful item, but I never removed the plastic that was protecting it as it had a dent on the left side. I noticed they had damaged the box, but I never thought the microwave had been demanded, as it was very strong and it had a lot of protection… I was wrong. It had to be a hard hit to get it damaged.
