5’6”, 220lbs. I bought an XL (I usually wear a size 14/16 pant, 35” waist) and they fit perfect! I was sick of having bottoms that were extra high waisted and almost covered my belly button. These hit right below my belly button and I love that it’s a high leg cut — this really flatters curves. It’s not super cheeky and also not maximum coverage so it’s perfect. The only dislike is that the top seam gets bound up. I would recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry or doing a cold cycle and laying flat to dry. I plan on purchasing in other colors! Fit perfectly! Definitely true to size. The fit it’s super comfy and yet still moves with me. Cheeky but not super cheeky which I love. Inexpensive for anyone looking but not wanting to spend a lot. I WILL PREFACE BY SAYING IVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY JUST KEEP SAYING AMAZON PHOTO UPLOAD TO THEM HAS A SYSTEM ERROR AND SINCE THEY CANT VIEW MY PICTURES WILL NOT REPLACE THIS PRODUCT. SO now I am uploading them for this review. Basically every wash or wear of these bottoms its creating a tie dye effect on them from dye fading. Through photos it looks like the streaks are blue but they aren't. They are very dark pigmented orange (which contains some blue) and then what looks lighter next to it is where the bathing suit has faded out and the dye is essentially darker and more pigmented in certain gathers of the fabric. Each time I wear it the pattern changes because those dyes are moving around. HOPEFULLY THE COMPANY CAN FINALLY VIEW MY PHOTOS ALONG WITH EVERYONE ELSE.
