I have used more than one of these and they are all great, durable, and professional grade. The inner part is a removable non-stick pot which makes it a breeze to clean. This is a warmer, NOT a cooker. This one holds around 40 cups cooked but they make larger ones as well. I have use knock off brands and they are not nearly the build quality as the Zojirushi. I have the old one for 17 years for my restaurant and it still works good. This one is good so far but it is a little too big for me, i guess i should order a smaller one. Most electronic things won't last long these days, I hope the quality will be as good as the old one i have. Read more
