The shower basket itself is solid and generously sized, holding a lot of items. That is about where the good qualities end., however The tub bench that I have does not have an adjustment for the armrest height, which is inconvenient. Anyway, where the armrest is located, the hanging arms of this shower caddy are too short so the basket does not rest against the seat. Instead, it swings from the tub bench arm rest. As a result, the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles keep falling out of the basket as the basket hangs on an angle and swings. Then the sides of the basket are too low to support tall bottles. To solve that problem, I instead hung the shower caddy from my wall mounted grab bar. That solved the problem of the caddy swinging and hanging on an angle as it is propped up against the wall. However, the arms of the caddy are so short that you cannot take full advantage of all of the space in the basket unless you have very short bottles to fit underneath the grab bar in the back of the basket. And even then, you would have to remove the taller bottles in order to access the shorter ones in the back because the grab bar is in the way, blocking you from reaching over the taller bottles. The "hooks" on the front of the caddy are flush with the one single bar that runs around the top of the basket frame. I assume they designed it that way so the hooks will do double duty both as hooks and as a lower bar on the basket so items will not fall through. They have thinner extra bars in the back of the basket. They should have stuck with that design around the entire basket, from front to back. Instead, those hooks can be pretty useless. Yet another cheap design flaw that failed. If the basket is full of bottles/items that sit right up against the front of the basket, there is no room in which to hang anything on the hooks unless you remove something and then return it. If I have soap in one hand and want to hang up my shower sponge, I have to put something down in order to hang the sponge. Unnecessary pain in the keester. Also, because the basket does not hang perfectly level, even if the basket is not completely full of items, the items you do have in there naturally slide to the front of the basket because the whole caddy leans forward due to gravity. The sides of the basket are just too low to accommodate large full size bottles. Finally, the handheld shower hanger is a complete joke. The holder attaches to the tub bench fine with no issues, but I have no idea what dinky kind of handheld shower head it is supposed to hold. A kitchen sprayer? The opening is about the diameter of my finger. The hose for the showerhead is too small, but the handle is WAY too large to fit into it. It is beyond ridiculous how small it is. And it is entirely made of plastic. The kind that the shiny paint peels off of in a very short time. Instead of including a useless shower head hanger, they should have included a suction cup mount bar soap holder. Those usually work. Unless they cheap out on the suction cup. Read more
