When I first started ordering these treats, they were moist enough you could flatten them between your forefinger and thumb. That is now impossible to do, because they are dried out and hard. My dog still likes the flavor, so she eats them, and she’s happy. I am the one that’s not happy because I can no longer flatten them, and break them into four pieces… and turn one treat into four treats. And no, I’m not cheap, though I think everyone may assume that. It’s all because my dog is a real glutton for these treats and she still has to eat her dinner. Expiration date is about a year and a half in the future, so that can’t be the reason. Cook forgot to add water? Poor quality control? I don’t know. Like I said, my dog is happy. Read more
