I am 5’1 - 140lbs. I usually wear a medium in most underwear, but I like a large for night undies. So I got a large and they fit perfectly. They definitely don’t look like a regular thong. They are not the most comfortable but also not uncomfortable either. I really wasn’t expecting these to hold SO MUCH. My cup was not in properly while wearing these, on my HEAVIEST day. Hi, so far I love these. I purchased them for a slight inconvenience problem. They work well, thick but not too think. Could likely absorb a fair amout of fluid. The thong fits nicely. After reading the reviews i purchased a size up from my regular. When they arrived they were too big. I hope they shrink in the wash. I did up ordering another set of large instead of extra large and a medium set. Im 150lbs and 5'6". I would order your normal size. True to fit. Read more

I am a mother of 3 in my 40s. That being said I have a weak bladder when I sneeze super hard. I am also a teacher so I got these originally for when I was on my period and stuck in a classroom because I was having tampon leaks. These give me the extra protection I need so I don't have to wear a tampon and a liner. Once I realized how amazing they were I now only wear these at all times. The protect from bladder leaks during coughing fits or sneezes. They are comfortable and fit perfectly. The quality is amazing as I have had mine for months now and they are still in good shape. As they are cheaper than some these are a decent buy. They are not thin but are not super thick but if you are expecting a normal panty these are not it. They are absorbent and did not leak on lighter or moderate days, the padding did its job. We’re not as breathable as other brands but I felt more covered as far as being sure the curtains were tucked in and not about to leak. Not sexy but definitely not ugly. Size is was pretty true to size if not a slight extra room on the top but not by much. Wash is TBD but I always line dry mine so if the wash goes poorly I’ll update my review to reflect that.
