Two common angles for standard and Asian knives with a course and a fine for each makes getting your knifes sharp a breeze. Excellent product from a brand you can TRUST. Take a minute and read the instructions for best results. My friend had some knives that never were sharpened. I needed a storable knife sharpener for my kitchen knives. This does okay, but you really need to use lots of draws to get a sharp blade. And, for my Toledo chef's knife, it never really obtains that razor edge. In fact none of the knives get the razor edge I'm looking for. Read more
