Gave this as a gift. Recipient loves it. High quality steel and ergonomic handle. Excellent balance. Very sharp. Handle reduces at the thumb and first finger pinch-point, to allow thumb and index finger to sit more comfortably, and allow a side-to-side type cut. (Vs. front-to-back.) Has good clearance for the hand/knuckles as a good chef’s knife should. (A Man’s hand : large/x-large.) Goes through meat, vegetables, you name it, VERY smoothly. A joy to use and a very good price.
