I'll be honest and say that I think the cold and flu medicine version actually works better, but it has health problems that should be avoided. This is fairly quick and certainly easy to take. It seems to help get me to sleep, but doesn't seem to help keeping me asleep. So, not sure what you can make of that, just my experience. Read more
