Other customers should know how to turn off the unlock, very easy to do. Press sever then press 9 and then press and hold the unlock button for 3 seconds. It's Pushbutton Door is the best and it has a Turntable

Bought this one for use in a small camping trailer. The pushbutton door release is better suited than the "pull open" door of one we have inside the house. Pulling open makes the pull-open types slide around on the countetop unless you are very careful. Turntable is a gotta have, some lesser microwave ovens don't have that. Read more

I love this little microwave it is definitely a nice one. The only thing I didn't like was the delivery company FedEx. I'm surprised that it wasn't damaged because the young guy threw it on my porch.
