It was a little difficult installing as the metal legs were worn and the disks were exact, took a rubber hammer to set them in. However they are perfect for the chairs. 2 cracked when we were installing them but had the extras ones to complete the table and 4 chairs Read more
We have an older wrought iron set that probably came from one of the big box chains (it is hunter green if that helps date it) and I mistakenly assumed that patio furniture glides were pretty much universal. They're not, and these were too small for our set. I pried out the remains of one of the original white glides and measured that to discover we needed the 1-1/2" size instead (these are 1-1/4"). I am still rating these highly because they were a good price and seem to be just as described. If you need THIS size these should do nicely. Read more
These fit perfect on our patio furniture, but you still need to measure to make sure they are appropriate for your application. Dragging the furniture across our concrete patio wears them down pretty quick. So far so good on the durability, but with the larger quantity purchase I have plenty of spares. Recommended. Read more
these are not well described 1/4 inch thick pucks that fit in the foot. they are very thin in pieces. I would not but these again. need a better picture, they are not solid old ones were 1/4 inch solid Read more
So I had purchased the 1 1/2 in chair glides and they were too big. So I turned around and order the 1 1/4 in chair glides, they are too small. What we have figured out is if the furniture is older the cups on the bottom are mushroomed out, then neither size will fit. Read more
These were just what I was looking for. I bought two used wrought iron patio chairs from a thrift store. They were missing the gliding pads which made them very noise and potentially damaging to move around. I removed any remaining plastic from the old pads. I measured the inner circle of the foot and the 1.25” pad was the perfect fit. You don’t need glue, the weight of the chair will hold the pad in place. My only complaint would be that I had to buy so many pads when I only needed 8. At least I know have plenty back up pads. Read more
