This item works great. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get one. My only issue is the users manual is horrible. I had to guess I was using right. Couldn't find any videos or Google searches to help. I can can get uses out of one full charge. Once my food was heated it was around 230°f . I feel this is hot enough to where I never burnt my mouth. I’d give zero stars if I could. You cannot set it to heat up immediately. The soonest you can set it is in 30 minutes, meaning it will start heating in 30 minutes. Whose idea was that feature?! This is a fantastic lunch box! I bought it for my son who just started a new job. He said it keeps his food warm at an ideal temperature, and is easily charged. It's also easily cleaned, too!
