I rarely eat out and having a warm meal is a privilege outside of the office, but this product make things easy. There are preset mode for room-temperature food and cool ones. However, I usually customize the temperature and time base on my food. I know that it will take 40 - 60 minutes to reach the optimal temperature, so I use the scheduled time function to run it before my lunch hour. Since the inner tray is removable, it's easy to cleanup after use. Quality of the whole machine is solid, waterproof. Although we have a microwave at my work, it is nearly impossible to ever get a chance to use it at lunch due to over 20 people trying to share one to heat up their food so I ordered this to ensure my food was already hot for me when I was ready to eat.
