Quality Issue; Bad return policy; Avoid This Thing
Received a defect. How can a simple product like this be a defect? Well, the front surface had a vertical line crack. There are four vertical line cracks, between the top circle and the top, between the top circle and the 2nd row circle, between 2nd row circle and 3rd row circle, and between 3rd row circle and 4th row circle. It says, Made in China and distributed by Cotton Valley LLC in Edison, NJ. Who should I blame? The distributor. Some of the best brands now make products in China. It is the distributor that bears the responsibility for the quality control. Now, I have to print out the return label, and etc... a total waste of time. WAIT... their return policy says I need to pay postage by myself. Now, I am really annoyed. Forget it. I will just trash it. Lesson learned. Read more
